Public Risk Insurance Management, Inc. (PRIM) is a for-profit corporation formed by the Independent Insurance Agents' Association of Montana to conduct the business of the wholesale and retail sales of products and sale of services. PRIM provides management services for the Independent Insurance Agents’ Association of Montana and the Montana Insurance Education Foundation. IIAM owns 100% of the outstanding stock of PRIM.
